Jay: really likes boats. That's what got this whole thing going. He educated himself on antifouling paint and electrolysis/ sacrificial anodes in 2014. Jay is a sailor, freedive speafisherman and surfer... among other things. Now days he really enjoys fish camping on the islands with his family and friends, also really likes mangled prop jobs, changing inverted plate zincs, his dogs and his job as assistant Tball coach for the Coupeville Claws.

Steve: is a fantastic deck hand/ capable small boat operator, diver, loves spot prawn fishing/crabbing, running ragnar, camping with the family, and.. changing shaft zincs, search and recovery (most notably a sunk 26' fishing boat in 56 feet deep, rough open water conditions), cooking and backpacking. He's Been scuba certified since 2006 and a father of three. Steve has literally been through survival training.. and it shows.

Kara: Not on time.. 15 minutes early. Kara is proving herself in effort, communication, timeliness and attention to detail. Top side.. for now. She loves her dog and backpacking with her partner in her off time.
